Switzerland

Since the drive from Aarhus to Switzerland can take at least 14 hours, we decided to split the drive and stop overnight in Hannover. While in Hannover, we had time to do a short visit to Herrenhausen Garden.

Mount Rigi Panorama Trail & Cliff Walk (swissfamilyfun.com) 

Took the scenic train route from Lucerne to Interlaken through the Luzern–Interlaken Express | Zentralbahn. 

Drove to Täsch and took the train to Zermatt. Cars with combustion engines are not allowed to drive to Zermatt. This is in order to protect the environment from polution that could ruin the view of the Matterhorn.

Took the Gornergrat Railway from Zermatt. The 2nd highest railway in Europe. Second only to Jungfrau. The summit is at a height of 3,089 m and gives a stunning view of the Matterhorn

Took the cable car from Grindelwald to Männlichen and enjoyed the view of the Jungfrau Region. From here, you can see the peaks of Jungfrau, Eiger, and Monch. You can see down to Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald as well. It's truly a magical experience. Plus, it's kid and stroller friendly.

As an asian tourist in Switzerland, this is a must visit 😁. It was featured in the South Korean drama, "Crash Landing on You".
